1. Allow Sufficient Time for Your Session:

Please ensure that you have enough time to ask all of your questions during your session. We value your time and the time of our other clients. As such, we cannot extend your session beyond the time you have booked. If you feel you may need more time, please inform Nikki prior to booking to arrange an additional session.

2. . Verify Your Information

Double-check that all your contact details, including your email address and phone number, are accurate before finalizing your appointment. This ensures that you receive all necessary communication regarding your session.

3. Book the Correct Session

Please select the appropriate session that aligns with the service you need. For example, if you book a 15-minute General Reading, it will not include Ritual/Spell work Consultations. These services require separate bookings. Nikki will only discuss rituals, spell work, or herbal recipes if you have specifically booked the Ritual/Spell Work Consultation.

4. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, kindly inform Nikki as soon as possible. Please note that rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a [insert fee if applicable]. For more information on our rescheduling policy, please refer to our full terms and conditions.

5. No Shows & Cancellations

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the session fee. If you need to cancel, please notify Nikki at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to rescheduling.

6. Confidentiality & Respect

All sessions are conducted with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Please come to your session with an open heart and mind. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all clients.

7. Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Refunds are not available once the session has been paid for, but we will gladly reschedule if needed (with advance notice as per the rescheduling policy).
